Yes and no. You can subscribe to certain streaming companies, for example Disney plus (includes National Geographic), Paramount, HBO, etc.. But something like military channel, not sure if there’s a way to subscribe to that. Maybe an online TV subscription ish might do it. Check out Fobo and Freevee

As stated by the Community Member prior, you can subscribe to individual service apps such as Disney Plus and Netflix but there are also Live streaming plan options available with select 3rd party services such as Hulu Live, Sling, and YouTube TV that may include those channels in their lineup. Lastly, there are also select individual Prime Channels available such as History Vault that comes with free trials and then subscriptions priced by their respective companies that can be charged to your Amazon account for convenience!
