“Can you download the Xfinity Stream app onto a firestick for viewing via my Xfinity account? I have a Samsung M4500 smart TV and I can't download it to the Samsung TV. I'm told that Xfinity doesn't offer the app for this model TV. Thank you, BQ”

• The only streaming device that you can download Xfinity app is Roku (any model)
