Yes. The Fire Stick 4K definitely supports Dolby Vision. Keep in mind that not all streaming apps support Dolby Vision, however. Netflix and Amazon Prime support Dolby Vision, but as of today, Movies Anywhere does not fully support Dolby Vision yet, except for a few select movies.
