• The fire stick has to have a wifi signal, as long as you set it up to your wifi it should work with no problems. They work best with Amazon Prime but you do not need to have it.

• WiFi. If not you have to buy an adapter. Your TV needs and open HDMI port. Also power receptacle near by.

• You don't even need a smart tv, just wifi and a USB port on your tv. So no you should be good to go.
