• As far as I know best buy will not " jailbreak" them. You can do it yourself or give someone a couple of bucks to do it

• A quick Google search on jailbreaking will answer this question. If you can follow instructions online....then no you won’t have to pay someone for what literally takes less than 5 minutes to do yourself.
