You can install USA, Oxygen, and Lifetime apps, but you would most likely have to either be a subscriber to those channels directly, or via your TV service provider, such as UVerse, Xfinity, Directv, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not part of the normal apps you might find your shows streamed from your channel if you unlock the Firestick
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to get apps from app store or a service to get more channels.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With all of the steaming devices (Firestick, Rocu, Appletv etc) you get some APPS that allow you to stream. There are some free streaming services, PlutoTV being one, that have some movies, old TV shows (think 3rd Rock from the sun) etc, However, if you want the main TV networks or Live shows you need to pay for a streaming service like DirectTV Now, HULU, Utube tv etc. Those services are very much like your cable TV providers. They have several channels depending on the package you pay for and allow you to connect to premium services like HBO. I chose DirectTV now because it had more of the channels I watch and did offer recording. Note that for the 4 main networks - NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox you only get the ones that you are within about 40 miles - for me that's not great as I only have NBC and Fox. My cable company offered the other 2 even though they are 100 miles away. I checked and Direct TV has USA and lifetime, but not Oxygen. There is another service Morph which is more complicated to install but is supposed to have many more channels. I have not had the time to check it out. Another consideration is the remote - Firestick has voice input, and is smart enough to control a separate sound device and TV (assuming they are in line of site). The ROCU could not do this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IF you subscribe to a service that carries the channel.. yes. You COULD search for an app... on Amazon Prime
