Can you pick up local tv stations with this device? null

I loaded my local channels along with other freebies.

I don't believe so, you can pick up multiple streaming services, but unless you have an account with youtubetv, Hulu or some other service that streams the local channels I don't think you will get them. But the fire stick acts like a home page with multiple sub pages you can choose from; like Netflix, CD app, Amazon Prime, Disney and many others.
