“Does this 2nd generation stick have increased memory compared to the 8Gs in the earlier version?”

• It has the same core memory as the 2nd Gen Fire Stick, but about 220 mb less to access. It uses a couple of Amazon device exclusive apps like Live Cast and the Entertainment Device app which take up some of that memory.
