No , the Spectrum app is not available on the Fire stick.

The firestick is only a gateway to get apps. To access it, you have to choose "source" and select the HDMI port you have inserted it in. Then, you will see your choice of apps such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Tv, Amazon, etc. So no, it does not sync with your existing cable.
