It will work with any WiFi hotpot , this also includes your cellular network WiFi. As long as you have data on your phone, and the phone is next to the fire stick.

Please try again later.At an "out of the way campground" you might be getting a 3G signal. 3G isn't fast enough to stream 4k, but you might be able to get a lower resolution signal. The Fire TV Stick 4k will automatically downgrade the resolution if your cellular (or wifi) connection isn't fast enough. 4k requires a 25 Mbps connection (minimum). 1080p requires about 5 Mbps. 480p requires about 3 Mbps.

Please try again later.Yes If you set up your phone is a mobile hotspot it will absolutely have enough Internet connection to run a fire stick… as long as you are connected to the 4G service through your provider… If you happen to have the plan where after you use your allotted gigabytes per month & your wifi speed slows down There possibly maybe ahold up with it being quick enough to use your fire stick at that point I'm not sure… that you would have to determine as/if It happened… at that point you would I'm guessing wanna call yourself from provider and possibly Increase your allotted high speed gigabytes per month that you have on your cell phone plan unless you already have an unlimited plan… Safe travels…
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use your hotspot as long as you are mindful of your data usage. Your speed will be determined by your cell coverage. A trick you can use is to connect and let it buffer for a second so that it can preload the show.
