I would first try to reset your modem/router as well as unplug your Fire TV Stick from the wall (if you use usb to power it in the back of your TV, try using the wall outlet as a power source as well. Sometimes USB does not offer enough power). If that reset does not work, I would then try the Fire TV Stick in a different TV to see if it will work in that TV. If those issues do not fix the problem, you can try to contact customer support for the device. I hope one of these solutions helps fix the problem.
