You will need to download it. On my connection, it took less than a minute.

Disney + will show up as an existing app, You just need to download and install it. Once you install it you need to put in your username and password to watch content.

Not preinstalled, at least according to my memory. You can download it very easily though, just use Alexa to search the names of the apps.
