Absolutely, the stick is not related to any service provider, it requires only an internet connection. I used it while having DirecTV, which became AT&T.

As long as you internet access, it should not matter who your provider is. The device connects to your wifi. There is also a wired-network option, but you have to purchase a 20-dollar addon piece. Wifi is actually faster than the wired connection, because the wired connection has to be converted to go through the USB port on the device.
