QuestionMy Fire stick has started causing my TV to have flecks of light throughout it. I know it’s the tea the fire stick because none of my other platforms do this. Should I take it back to the store or call Amazon fire stick.

- Answer I would call them first for a quick fix, if that doesn't solve the issue I would return it for a replacement. I personally haven't had any problems, I own 3.

- Answer You can set the Firestick to control your TV, it's in the settings, or you can when you first set it up. Alexa is part of the remote control, press the microphone on the remote and talk. Easy set up and add only apps your going to use.

QuestionThe only way I can stream is if I download the show first (due to satellite internet) and play it back later. Can I use the Firestick to download shows in order to watch later? I know I can use my phone for this, but does the Stick allow downloads?
