Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi I wanted to help you with your question today regarding your Amazon Fire TV stick. How have you installed it on your television? Are you using a usb port and if so is there more than one port you can try the device on to see if it will work properly? Have you plugged in the device via the usb cord that came with the Amazon stick? The usb cord should be connected to the Amazon Fire Tv Stick on one end and the power supply on the other? I would recommend ensuring both ends are firmly snapped in and are not loose. If this does not work and you have tried all of the solutions above I would recommend contacting your local Geek squad at your local Best Buy store or even Amazon support to see what could be interfering with the device operating properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try going into your TV setup menu and see what audio options are not enabled. If using a receiver check those settings. If you are using a receiver, try plugging the Fire Stick into the HDMI port of the receiver. I found this works much better when using a receiver/TV setup. If no HDMI port on receiver, ensure your TV Audio out is going to your soundbar correctly, which you probably already have.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try updating the firmware to the latest release
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try going to settings and then sounds. Your TV may not support Dolby surround sound, so you may have to turn that off!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check all connections. I had one that was a little buggy and returned it. No problems since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check the HDMI Cable. Did it come with the unit? Try Using a higher end cable and see if that does the trick first. If that doesn't solve the problem try switching to another HDMI outlet or try it out on another TV.
