• Use it, YES, but amazon prime streaming is restricted to USA. Youtube, amazon, spotify and all those apps you can install from amazon appstore you should be able to use them from spain.

• No it won't work because it is US based/locked. I tried to use in the Caribbean and it immediately noticed that my ip address was not US based.

• It does have different language options. You may have to purchase a different power cable or something to connect the power cable to the outlet
