• I haven’t been able to I just force stop them basically so they use as little space as possible

• Yes, of course, the pre-installed applications are like other applications and they can be removed. As long as the application doesn't have to do with the functionality of the OS, you can have it removed from your Fire TV, if you don't need it, or you need to free up space on your fire TV.
