You can download mobdro on your firestick and get most channels using that app

To get the local channels you have to use one of the apps on the fire stick. Too many to mention but I think sling might help you.

you will get the apps but you have to have a subscriptions on those to watch.

You can download an app for most of the channels you listed; however, without a subscription you can only view old shows. To stream live shows, you would have to access the channel thru a cable provider or purchase a subscription, like HBO GO for 9.99 per month
