• No it is not. You can’t buy an unlocked fire tv stick or any device in any store. You have to look online for someone who purchases fire sticks and unlocks them. Unlocked fire sticks contain third party applications that amazon does not offer in their App Store such as kodi, terrarium tv, morpheous, mobdro. Try offer up or Facebook market place.

• Go buy it new locked and you tube how to unlock a firestick. It's so easy you wouldn't believe it till you see the video. Also anything else you want to do with your firestick it's on you tube.. Very easy to do yourself.
