Sounds like you unplugged to internet, you need to have an amazon account and the wireless access user account and password

The firestick can replace cable, but only after it’s been “jail broken.” And even then you would need to sign into your amazon account in order to access the content. Registration is required by amazon and cannot be bypassed. If you’ve ever purchased anything from amazon.com you already have an account. Just use that information log into your device.
