You have to change the HDMI input and make sure the the USB micro is plugged in for power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have it plugged into a outlet that has power and are all connections tight
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use you TV remote to select the correct HDMI input. Also, ensure that your internet is running prior to setting up the stick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried clicking on the remote to activate the Firestick once you have selected it as the source? This happened to me in a 24" SAMSUNG and the image did not show up until I click the remote to (I guess) activate it. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure it is connected correctly. Make sure the tv is connected or turned to correct hdmi output. If it still doesn't work unplug the firestick for about a minute then plug it back in. That should work unplugging the firestick resets it. Its like turning off yourr cell phone and turning it back on when its not working right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you at least get a no signal on the screen when you put the TV on the HDMI channel that you have the fire TV stick hooked up to? Also, did you try putting the fire TV stick back on the other TV or another TV and it worked? If you know for sure that the fire TV stick is working by checking it on another TV and you do get a "no signal" on the screen and you have the fire TV stick hooked up then it's not the fire TV stick that's the problem. Your HDMI port could be bad or went out. I have the same problem with one of my TV's, nothing work in my HDMI one port on my TV but it work in my HDMI two and three port on my TV with no problem. Now if that's the case and you do have another HDMI port on your TV but you need that for another device, what you can do is go buy you a 3 in 1 HDMI switch which you can hook that up in the HDMI port that do work and you could still hook up 3 more devices that need to be hooked up by HDMI.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have the USB cable plugged into it. It needs external power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same situation. I was told to disconnect the power source for a few seconds. Plugged the power and it worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its always good to buy the warranty for cases like this, your firestick doesnt work anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1: Make sure the fire stick has sufficient power if you have the USB power supply plugged into the tv, some televisions do not have the enough power output to power the device. Try the 120v USB power adapter associated with the device. 2: Make sure you select the correct hdmi input on the tv that the device is plugged into. 3: If all above fails, plug the device back into the original tv and try again. If the device still does not work, you have fried it and it needs to be repaired or replaced.
