• Sometimes you just need to unplug it for a few minutes and sometimes it's the extender you can take that off and try the firestick without the extender.

• I heard that it had to use an electrical power supply. Switch to the Firestick that plugs into an AC current. The first Firestick I was able to plug it into a USB port in the back of my TV. There are two types of Amazon Firesticks. I have both types. Either purchase the one that you can plug into the back of your TV USB port or purchase the one that you plug into an AC power.
