Ours is working fine maybe it’s needs a update try updating it first if that doesn’t work try troubleshooting

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say to try a couple of different steps. 1. For Alexa to start listening you have to hold the button for a second then while talking. 2. Did you try to go to devices in the settings to make sure the controller is connected properly. 3. If recalibrating the controller fails, then I would recommend to use any phone to download the app to use it instead.
