• Have you tried reprogramming your remote to the firestick? If that doesn't help download the firestick app. I love it & is very convenient for when you are searching for something & Alexa doesn't understand.

• Go into sertings and find the option to reset to default or stock.. i forget the exact wording but reset it to stock and start over. Also check your internet speed with an app called SPEEDTEST.
