• No the Amazon Fire stick will not work with Harmony remote it come with it own voice remote. As of now Harmony has not created an interface for the Fire stick

• I have the harmony 700 series I believe, and it does NOT control the fire stick

• Yes, just select it from the Harmony app when your program your remote
