Connect the firestick to the tv's hdmi connection. 3. Switch tv to the hdmi source corrected to the firestick. 4. It will turn on and prompt you to connect to wifi then login with your Amazon acct. *if you have amazon prime, you can watch your shows. **if you have an acct. With hulu, Netflix, you can download the app and login (and yes, you have to pay for streaming with them, the 1st month is usually free) And you can also use YouTube there. It's faster the the previous generation model and works great!

Please try again later.You will not need anything to hook up this device as long as your television is HDMI ready. if you do need an HDMI cable one is in the box for you just connect the USB side to your television and then the HDMI side to your Fire Stick and you're ready. You will need a computer to access the internet to download your software as well as connect to all your apps. Yes you do have to have a paid subscription to Netflix and Hulu. Very Inexpensive and worth it.
