No you cannot it only works to find movies or to select a song on Amazon prime

No you cannot do that not that I know of anyway unless there is an app that you can download that will allow that but I do not know of one and I wouldn't be surprised if you could find one

if you can find a amazon app that has those features and you have storage space left for apps on stick then yes

It would need a voice recording app. I haven't seen one but it does use android marketplace so it's possible. This is a fire tv. Better things out there for that question.
