• Yes it's easy. The best way for a first timer is using google and YouTube. There are a ton of videos that show you how to sideload 'apps'. First time should take you a couple hours just to learn what you want to put on otherwise a couple minutes usually.

• It is not difficult at all to jailbreak. If you are looking to add the Kodi program, which I recommend getting, it doesn't take but 5-10, if that. That's also including the add-ons for the Kodi program.

• Yes it takes about 20 minutes to unlocked if you have a good YouTube my favorite built is titanium it gives you everything you can need to start your box
