• Not directly in that it has nothing to do with a direct signal connection. However, recorded programs in the newest TIVO's can be streamed through the Fire TV Stick: https://support.tivo.com/articles/Features_Use/TiVo-App-for-Amazon-Fire-TV-Use

• You would put this in a spare USB port on your TV. Then select it on the TV instead of TiVo when you wanted to see something. As far as I know, you cannot integrate the Firestick into the TiVo OS if that's what you're asking.
