Please try again later.I’m using it for less than a month, and have a trial of Direct TV.....but I think that if you have internet you can watch Apps like You tube....but have to be subscribed individually to the differents apps(like Netflix, Hulu,etc) to watch them. Or subscribed to a company (cable) for movies etc

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not for the device itself. But if you want Netflix/Hulu/etc. then your going to have to pay for their services. If you're an Amazon Prime member (which has its own fee) there is Amazon videos you can stream. Any channel app (NBC/ABC/etc) usually requires you to input your cable subscription info to make full use of them.
