• These are not the first generation, I believe they’re the third. The only differences are that the 4K ones will play in 4K only if you have a 4K tv. The other difference is that the 4K fire sticks also have a volume button and a power button, which are helpful.

• Is a pretty good deal for 4k, besides the new remote control has a volume control too. If you have a 4k TV your should get it
