I unplug it periodically when it happens and I guess it resets

It’s probably your internet speed and not the fire stick! Might need to increase your speed with your carrier.

take the product back to the store and get an nvidia shield. if thats not an option, check your internet speed.

Make sure you're using the highest speed 5megahertz and not the 2.5 on your Wi-Fi speed some sources just don't have a good streaming source you may just have to try another source also try real debris sources you may have to purchase a package

Should discuss with your intternet provider. May need faster speed service or new modem or both.
