“I have the fire stick, I think I purchased it last year July. I upgraded the Kodi to the 17.4 version but it will not show on my TV screen; I hear the noise as I click on the remote as if it is following my commands but the TV screen is black.”

Please try again later.My suggestion is to look up step by step instructions on factory resetting the fire stick and entering them in slowly after waiting a while upon turning on the tv. You may be able to control the fire stick to reset even though you cannot see the screen. Once reset you would need to reapply all your settings and installs from scratch hopefully solving your issue.
