• Good question-i really don't know-there is no on/off button and no indication if it continues to download when tv is off. I power off my modem when not in use.

• No, you can't turn ot off as it doesn't have a power button.

• Yes you can, go to your "Settings" than go to "Device" scroll down to "Sleep" and click on it and that should turn it off.
