• It does not have the kodi app pre-installed. It is really not hard to do. I have 3 of these and done them all in about 25-30 min. Just depends on your inet speed

• Stores do not have Kodi preloaded. It’s easy to do - just search YouTube lots of videos to walk you through it

• "Kodi" isn't gong to be loaded on anything from a store. It's an App that.........well lets say the move and TV business doesn't want you to have. (but it works GREAT on Fire TV)(IF I were to have such a App on my Amazon Fire TV.
