For me, this didn't replace my cable box. It replaced my DVR. I bought a Roku streaming stick that replaces my cable box and I did sign up for DirectvNow at $30/month. We also bought an HD antennae that gets us local programming. I use this box to record programs from live tv (HD antennae).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Easy. Install the proper apps, such as Perfect Player or STB EMU and subscribe to an IPTV for $15-20 a month. Also install APK'S for movies and VOD. U can also use free IPTV apps such as Mobdro, but not very stable

A streaming device properly programmed can play any movies or any TV series in existence and without commercials. Why pay High cable fees when you can watch anything you want for free on a streaming device. Do some research on Kodi and Terrarium TV and then you be the Judge.
