I also like simple things. It was fairly easy to set up, but I did call Amazon and asked to speak to someone about my new Kindle. Anyone who has dealt with Amazon, knows what a F----- hassle it is to have to call Amazon for anything, but for a one time call, it is worth it to get it right. Most people can do it yourself or call a friend. BTW-this new Kindle has the new speedy charger which really speeds up charging time.
