On EPUB books yes. PDF files also technically have that option if you “send to kindle” but it messes up the formatting a lot. FYI most of the books you buy directly on the kindle store are EPUB or equivalent so I’d say the answer is yes you can change the font

To make the font bigger on the Amazon Kindle E-Reader (2022 release) you will just have to: 1.Open a book on your Kindle. 2.Tap the top of the screen to bring up the reading toolbar. 3.Select the Aa icon. 4.Choose the text size appropriate for your reading comfort level.
