“Kindle died Was using my Kindle Fire HDX yesterday, the screen kind of flashed then went blank and never came back on. I have only had it about 9 months. Does anyone know what the problem could be or if I will be able to return/exchange for a new one?”

Yes do it before the year warranty is up. Amazon will honor any defects regardless of where the item is purchased. I have heard though you are most likely to get a replacement refurbished one and not a brand new one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would try to reboot it. Set it back to factory settings. There should be a little hole on top or bottom. Push a pen/paper clip in it to reboot.
