It didn’t work me at first Call the support team and have them refunded . And ask them to allow access without payment

Please try again later.They will credit it back but after your free trial if you choose that you no longer want the Amazon music cancel it about a week before the trial is up because they will automatically process the payment each month that's why they have you too add your account and process the first time and then credit it back too make sure it's a legitimate account, Hope this Help Good Luck!

Please try again later.It supposed to be a free unlimited subscription for a few months after you purchase the tv, I would take my purchase receipt to Best Buy and see if they would kindly reverse the charges immediately. If not contact customer service and have them look into the charges!
