Yes. I have several echos throughout the house. I can control any of the plugs from any of the echos. Each plug get named separately. For instance, I have one that is "Office Lamp" and another that is "Bedroom Lamp". I can say, "Alexa, turn on the bedroom lamp." from anywhere in the house and it knows which one to turn on.

This device is located in the family room and I can turn the light connected to this device on and off with Alexa commands utilizing either of the Echo Dots located in other rooms.
