Not this one, no. A lot of the lower end CPU's do. This one does not because the stock Wraith cooler would never be enough to keep this beast cool.

I think you mean a "stock CPU cooler". no it does not. you need a high performance cooler for the heat output on this CPU.

No you'll want to liquid cool it with 240MM to get the best performance out of it.
