• The phone case MUST be MagSafe-compatible. The phone case box will identify it as such. If you no longer have the box and can’t look up the case’s product page online, see if the phone case has a large, clearly defined 2” circle on the inside or outside on the center of the case. This is often used to identify a MagSafe-compatible case.

• Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging.
