iPhone 11 does not have MagSafe, so this mount will not attach to or charge that phone series or earlier. iPhones 12 and 13 have MagSafe.

As long as the 11 can charge wirelessly, however you will need to use a case w/ Mag Safe or any case w/ a magnetic back. From what I remember, the 11 can charge wirelessly but it doesn’t have Mag Safe.

No, you need to find a qi wireless charger that has something to grip the phone. This is for iPhone 12 and later which have a string built in magnet that holds the phone to this.
