While this will work with the latest iPad Air, it will not provide the fastest possible charge (35W). For the fastest possible charge, which will still safely charge your iPhone 12 and 12 mini at their maximum 20W speeds, take a look at Anker's PowerPort III 65W Pod Lite. Hope this helps!
