1. Is your phone centered in the middle of the PowerWave? 2. Are you using the wall charger that came with the PowerWave? 3. Does the LED on the pad light up at all? 4. Des the included wall charger work with other devices? 5. Does trying a different wall charger cause the LED on the PowerWave to light up? 6. Does trying a different cable help? 7. Does removing your phone case help? Please note thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging. 8. Does restarting your phone help?
