It’s compatible with the iPhone 12, but you have to have your Apple Watch charger in order to charge it as is doesn’t come with an Apple Watch charger. As far as charging they charger simultaneously for me for the first couple of hours, but afterwards my iPhone X started charging very slow ( charging 5% every 20 minutes).
