“Just received this product. Apple Watch is charging but Iphone is not. The blue light will just blink and then on and off. Tried positioning it different ways but to no avail even without any case. Maybe I got a bad one.”

• If you have a case or a pop socket try taking them off. I had to do that and it now works great. It does take a little bit to find that perfect spot fir charging

• It's possible that you might have an incompatible model of iPhone. If it is an iPhone 7 or lower, it does not have Qi technology within, which means it cannot charge using this product.
