A:AnswerI had that issue too. I removed the watch cord from the bottom of the stand, and then super carefully reinstalled it following the instructions on the bottom. It took a couple of try’s. I also make sure my watch is buckled pretty tight as if it’s on my wrist.
A:AnswerI don’t have an answer for that question. We have only charged apple watches. I can say that when you buy this product, the hole slot is empty. You will actually put your own charger in the slot to use to charge your watch. So as long as you can fit your charger in the round slot and it has a USB connector on the other end of the cord to plug into the bottom of the wireless pad, you should be able to charge it.
