“Has anyone used this in a power outage with their sump pump? Wondering how long it lasted or if it even worked. I would rather buy something like this that I plug in when the power is it rather than a battery that only connects to the pump.”

It has a capacity of 299WH, these units usually have an efficiency of 80 percent. So, usable capacity is about 240 WH. The run time on the sump pump would depend oh how many watts the pump uses. If the pump used a constant 240 Watts, then the battery would last one hour.
